Completing any Transaction with Finest Emergency Lighting Constitutes an agreement, and understanding of these terms. At Checkout you are required to acknowledge and adhere to all the terms listed. 

Returns/Warranty Information

By Purchasing From Finest Emergency Lighting LLC You agree to all of the following terms, and conditions of sale as we have listed them.

Once YOU complete checkout the Funds will be taken from your entered form of payment.

- You have fully read, and understood all the terms and aspects of our warranty information.

Every Order ships with the MOST updated copy of these terms, and can also be found in our warranty Page on the website.

-You have read, and inspected EACH item you have chosen to purchase, as well as the selected options and add-ons to ensure they are correct.

-You have read, and understood that certain items will have a specific manufacture time that will be listed in the product or category. Placing an order of multiple items may result in an entire order being held, or not shipped until it is complete.

Not all items are available in immediate stock, so sometimes they will need to be produced or procured from a manufacturer. These items are considered: Special order items, or made to order. They will take additional processing and manufacture time that is not at the control of Finest Emergency Lighting.

- Shipping time in an order/Receipt:

Displays the estimated time the item will take to arrive Once it has shipped

-Items that are returned/Cancelled due to any reason other than a verified Defect/Warranty issue are subject to a 25 % re-stocking fee, and if original packaging is not provided an additional fee may incur, up to 10% of the item price. If an order is cancelled before delivery, or during shipment/production the same restocking fees will apply, even if the item is returned to Finest Emergency Lighting.

This also applies to any item that is Drop Shipped, or Special Order items that generally take longer manufacturer/Lead Times.

There will be absolutely no refunds for: Final Sale items, Clearance, As-Is / Used, Custom order, Built to order, or any items that denote such a special category in checkout.

Finest is not Responsible for delays/inaccurate lead times provided by other companies or manufacturers.

Once an order is placed that Item will enter production. Any item in production, or processing even if it is not yet shipped will require a Re-Stocking Fee.

-In the event of a return/Warranty the customer is responsible for the shipping charges, which will than be refunded to your account.

-Returns MUST be approved by our customer service team, and you will be issued an RMA #

​

We are not responsible for packages/returns refused or sent back to sender without the proper RMA numbers, and return process authorized by us.

Finest Emergency Lighting LLC & its affiliates express that there is no warranty implied or expressed through Finest Emeregncy Lighting LLC or its affiliates unless specifically expressed. Manufacturer warranties are upheld by the aforementioned manufacturer and all returns or warranty related procedures will be governed or dictated through that manufacturer.

Some items maintain a Drop Ship or Third Party supplier shipment. These items will be denoted in the Item description, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer/purchasing party to understand

these terms as such  PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER

By Checking out, and shopping with us You have fully understood, and agree to all the terms, and conditions listed. Finest Emergency Lighting reserves the right to present this agreement to any credit authority, agency, or payment processor in the event of disputed charges, refunds or cancellation attempts.

Completing a Checkout with us and accepting the terms and conditions will form a binding agreement between You (the buyer) and Finest Emergency Lighting LLC. This consent is required to purchase from us, and no sale will be made without the full agreement and understanding of this agreement.

Any Purchase from our Website, "FinestEmergnencyLighting.com" or via phone, in person or such any person or agency conducting business with Finest Emergency Lighting LLC, or its associates/employees/authorized representatives will abide to these terms and conditions for any and all transactions.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Warranty information is provided for each item in its description. Please read and ensure full understanding of any warranty information prior to your purchase. Finest Emergency Lighting Does NOT offer any Warranty on Clothing, Custom Apparel, Traffic Safety Equipment, or Used/Demo Items, nor do we express or imply any warranties outside of the manufacturer specific warranties that are governed by their policies and regulations.  

1 Year Warranty
An item listed with a One Year warranty is guaranteed not to be DOA, or cease functioning within One Year of Purchase. Warranty Only covers an item malfunction that is NOT related to: Vehicle Accident, Misuse of a product, improper installation/Operation, failure to provide a proper operating environment, custom or modified wiring, breaks of any Seals, removal or tampering of circuits and hardware, or accidental human damage to the light. We Will inspect each approved return, and if found to be any of the above listed items the item will not be warrantied. In the event of ANY warranty the Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping, and refunds will not be given on initial shipping charges. 

5 Year Warranty(Manufacturer) 

item listed with a  Five Year warranty is guaranteed not to be DOA, or cease functioning within five years of Purchase. Warranty is covered by the Items Manufacturer, and NOT Finest Emergency Lighting. For any Item Specific Warranty you must contact the manufacturer.

We do not cover Return, or initial shipping charges, you the buyer are responsible for them.

If an approved return is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition due to buyer/customer shipping, repackaging, improper use, or damage Finest Emergency Lighting LLC reserves the right to incur additional charges in addition to the above listed "restocking fees". Authorized returns must be in an acceptable condition, (Like new/Lightly Used, Most original packaging, no signs of neglect, no signs of improper use, installation or damage)
