By accessing or using our website www.finestemergencylighting.com ("Website") and completing a purchase, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.
1. Order Confirmation and Payment

By completing the checkout process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein.

Upon order completion, funds will be immediately charged to your selected payment method.
2. Product Inspection and Order Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all items, options, and add-ons in your order for accuracy before finalizing the purchase.

Certain products may have specific manufacturing or lead times, as noted in their descriptions. Orders containing multiple items may be held until all items are ready for shipment.
3. Special Order and Made-to-Order Items

Some products are classified as "Special Order" or "Made-to-Order" and may require additional processing and manufacturing time. These timelines are beyond our control and are dependent on the manufacturer.

Once an order is placed for such items, it enters production immediately. Cancellation of these orders will incur applicable restocking fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times provided at checkout reflect the time from shipment to delivery and do not account for processing or manufacturing durations.

We are not responsible for delays or inaccurate lead times provided by manufacturers or third-party suppliers.
5. Returns and Cancellations

Returns or cancellations for reasons other than verified defects or warranty issues are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

An additional fee of up to 10% may be applied if the original packaging is not provided.

Restocking fees apply to orders canceled before delivery, during shipment, or in production, including items that are drop-shipped or special orders.

No refunds will be issued for items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, As-Is/Used, Custom Order, or Built-to-Order.

All returns must be approved by our customer service team and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without an RMA or proper authorization will not be accepted.
6. Warranty Information

Warranty details are provided in each product's description. It is your responsibility to read and understand these details prior to purchase.

No warranties are offered on clothing, custom apparel, traffic safety equipment, or used/demo items, unless explicitly stated.
6.1 One-Year Warranty

Items with a one-year warranty are guaranteed against defects not caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, environmental factors, unauthorized modifications, or human damage.

Approved warranty claims require the customer to cover return shipping costs. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
6.2 Five-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Items with a five-year warranty are covered by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be directed to the respective manufacturer.

We do not cover return or initial shipping charges for these items.

Returned items must be in acceptable condition (like new or lightly used, with most original packaging, and no signs of neglect, improper use, installation, or damage). Additional charges may apply for items not meeting these conditions.
